Job Title: WordPress Developer Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (WFO) Experience: 3+ Years Shift: Monday to Friday (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST) Qualification: BTech, BCA, MCA, BE Job Description: We are looking for a mid-level WordPress Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend development, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: * Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites * Build custom themes and plugins from scratch * Working experience with web builders, theme builders, like Elementor * Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites * Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO * Configure and manage WooCommerce stores (if required) * Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and technical issues * Implement API integrations and third-party tools * Ensure website security, backups, and updates * Collaborate with designers, QA, and other stakeholders  Must have skills: * Strong expertise in WordPress CMS+ Woo Commerce * Proficiency in: * PHP * HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript * MySQL * Experience in custom theme development * Experience in plugin development/customization * Hands-on experience with: * Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery * Good understanding of: * Website performance optimization * SEO best practices * Experience with Git/version control Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with WooCommerce development * Knowledge of REST APIs / third-party integrations * Familiarity with hosting & server management (cPanel, AWS, etc.) * Basic understanding of UX/UI principles * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
