SEO & WordPress Developer – Onsite

Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & WordPress Developer to manage search engine optimization initiatives while developing and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, WordPress Development, Website Performance Optimization, and Core Web Vitals Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and content optimization
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawlability, and site performance issues
• Execute off-page SEO campaigns including backlink building and outreach
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends

WordPress Development

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Configure themes, plugins, and custom functionality
• Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites
• Troubleshoot bugs, security issues, and website performance problems
• Manage website backups, updates, and maintenance

Technical Optimization

• Improve Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores
• Implement structured data and schema markup
• Optimize website architecture and crawl efficiency
• Handle website migrations, redirects, canonicalization, and technical SEO improvements
• Optimize hosting environments and server performance

Analytics & Reporting

• Track website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Generate monthly SEO reports and performance insights
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend optimization strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SEO and WordPress experience
• Strong understanding of Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO
• Hands-on WordPress development experience
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and website speed optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• WooCommerce experience
• Local SEO expertise
• Hosting, DNS, and server management knowledge
• Content strategy and conversion optimization experience
