LatamCent is a nearshore hiring partner for B2B SaaS companies. We place pre-vetted LATAM talent in 21 days or less. We're growing, and we need someone to keep the website clean, fast, and up to standard.

This is a part-time role, fully remote, ideal for someone based in Latin America.

What you'll be doing

You'll work on the LatamCent WordPress site. That means taking Figma designs and building them out in Elementor, setting up custom post types and fields, configuring filters, and making sure pages load fast and are structured correctly for SEO. You'll get the brief, ask what you need to know, and then get it done on your own.

What we're looking for

Required:

• 2 to 3 years of WordPress development experience

• Strong Elementor skills, you can take a Figma file and build it out accurately

• Experience with custom post types, custom fields, and filter setups

• On-page SEO knowledge: one H1 per page, clean heading hierarchy, proper meta structure

• Website speed optimization: you can diagnose a slow page and fix it

• You work independently and manage your own tasks without needing daily check-ins

• You communicate. When something is blocked, you say so. When you're working on something, we know about it. We're not looking over your shoulder, but we do want to know what's going on

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Avada theme

• Comfort using AI tools to speed up your workflow, and an openness to keep developing those skills as better tools become available
