About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented WordPress Developer who specializes in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance WordPress websites. This is not a design role — your strength is in precision development: taking a finished design and bringing it to life exactly as intended, with clean code, fast load times, and a smooth user experience.
You will report directly to the Project Manager and work alongside designers and quality checkers to deliver polished websites on schedule. As the team grows, there is a clear path for you to take on a senior or lead developer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully responsive WordPress websites.
  
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
  
• Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins to match design specifications precisely.
  
• Ensure all builds are performance-optimized — fast load times, efficient code, and minimal bloat.
  
• Collaborate with designers to clarify design intent and flag technical constraints early.
  
• Implement on-page SEO best practices during development (semantic HTML, schema, speed, etc.).
  
• Conduct thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing before handoff.
  
• Perform regular website maintenance, updates, security patches, and backups.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, layout issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
  
• Proven track record of converting Figma (or similar) designs to WordPress with high fidelity.
  
• Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  
• Experience with page builders such as Elementor.
  
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, etc.).
  
• Ability to read and interpret Figma files accurately and independently.
  
• Must be able to develop simple to complex level Custom Post Types using Crocoblock or ACF

Nice to Have

• Experience with WooCommerce development and customization.
  
• Familiarity with Git / version control workflows.
  
• Basic knowledge of web hosting environments and cPanel.
  
• Understanding of website accessibility standards (WCAG).
