Were looking for a Mid PHP Developer (WordPress) to join our team. As

a part of our Agile Development team, you will work with the latest

technologies to develop software for our sports fan engagement sites.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Analysis of requirements from internal and external stakeholders

Design and development of new software products and components

Producing high quality, tested and maintainable code, applying best

practices and using state of the art technologies for the problem at

hand

Investigation and resolution of issues reported by internal and

external customers.

Required Skills:

Professional spoken and written English

Good knowledge of PHP

Good knowledge of front-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML,

CSS)

Excellent knowledge of WordPress

Hands-on exposure to Agile development techniques including Unit

Testing (TDD)

Desirable Skills:

The following technologies, concepts, and domains that we will be working

with to create our fan engagement sites and their content management

tools are highly desirable:

Microservices

Domain Driven Design

Messaging and communication technologies (REST, Web API,

SignalR)

TDD/BDD and supporting technologies (SpecFlow, Selenium)

Database and Caching Technologies (PostgreSQL)

Docker containerisation, CI/CD, Git repo

Experience with CodeIgniter/Laravel would be appreciated
