Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with 2+ years of hands-on
experience in building scalable, high-performance WordPress websites and WooCommerce
solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in custom theme and plugin
development, API integrations, AI-assisted development, and mass webpage publishing through
automated workflows, along with experience working in Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive custom WordPress
themes.
● Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch using best coding practices.
● Implement and customize designs using Elementor or any other page builder and
Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
● Configure, customize, and extend WooCommerce functionality.
● Build custom WooCommerce templates and complex B2B/B2C eCommerce
solutions.
● Develop and customize WordPress plugins based on project requirements.
● Design and implement custom Gutenberg blocks.
● Build and maintain headless WordPress implementations (REST API /
WPGraphQL).
● Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
● Optimize website performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
● Implement security hardening and follow WordPress security best practices.
● Manage staging, development, and production environments.
● Develop and manage template-based page creation for service, industry, and location
pages.
● Build dynamic pages using Custom Post Types (CPT), ACF, and reusable templates.
● Automate webpage creation through APIs, CSV imports, and WordPress workflows.
● Support Programmatic SEO (pSEO) initiatives and large-scale content publishing.

● Utilize AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot for
Figma-to-code conversion, code generation, and faster WordPress development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.
● Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
● Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
● Strong experience with WooCommerce customization.
● Experience with Elementor and ACF.
● Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
● Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or GitHub
Copilot.
● Knowledge of WordPress security best practices.
● Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Exposure to React for Gutenberg blocks.
● Understanding of SEO technical implementations.
● Experience in headless WordPress architecture.
● Knowledge of WP-CLI.
