We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and bring our creative visions to life through clean, scalable code.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize custom WordPress websites from design files
  • Build custom themes and plugins to support marketing campaigns and client requirements.
  • Implement SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing strategists to bring concepts to life.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform QA testing, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
  • Maintain version control and deployment workflows (e.g., Git, staging environments)
  • Stay current with WordPress trends, security practices, and web technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of WordPress development experience, including custom theme/plugin development
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) and custom Gutenberg blocks
  • Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and custom post types
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agency environment with multiple deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with SEO, performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), and technical site audits is a plus.
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms (e.g., Kinsta, WP Engine) and DNS management

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with headless CMS or integrating REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Shopify or other CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design
