🛠 Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and customize WordPress themes & plugins

✔ Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages

✔ Optimize performance, security, and scalability

✔ Handle core updates, plugin updates, and bug fixes

✔ Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and forms

✔ Ensure SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

✔ Collaborate with designers and backend teams

✅ Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on WordPress development

• Strong PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Custom theme & plugin development (no page-builder dependency)

• REST APIs, AJAX

• Performance optimization (Caching, Core Web Vitals)

• Security best practices

⭐ Good to Have

• WooCommerce customization

• Hosting experience (AWS, cPanel, WP Engine)

• Git / Version control

• Basic SEO & analytics
