Qompyl is an early-stage fintech startup building a mobile-first platform designed to make sophisticated financial tools more accessible and intuitive for everyday users.
We’re looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Platform Engineer to join our fully remote, global team and help build, automate, secure, and operate our cloud infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable owning infrastructure and working across Azure, Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, cloud security, observability, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.
We’re particularly interested in engineers with strong experience in:
- Microsoft Azure and Azure infrastructure
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- AKS / Kubernetes
- Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
- CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- Cloud networking and security
- Monitoring, observability, HA/DR and production troubleshooting
- Working independently in distributed, asynchronous teams
- Professional working English (B2+ preferred)
Current structure
Qompyl is currently in its early growth stage. The position is part-time, approximately 8–10 hours per week, and currently equity-only.
Our goal is to transition toward cash compensation + equity during 2027, as we reach key product, funding, and business milestones. There will also be opportunities to increase involvement as the company grows.
