About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Support Specialist to assist our clients with day-to-day website updates and maintenance. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of tasks such as creating new web pages, fixing WordPress bugs, updating plugins, designing marketing emails, and uploading products. You’ll also research solutions to technical issues and ensure smooth execution of client requests.
The ideal candidate is methodical, organized, and an excellent communicator, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong technical understanding and time management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
