Job Summary:-
We are looking for a passionate and creative *WordPress Developer (Fresher)* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of WordPress, a good eye for design, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
o Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress.
o Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements.
o Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of websites.
o Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement user-friendly features.
o Troubleshoot issues and perform website maintenance and updates.
o Convert PSD/Figma/HTML designs to WordPress themes.
o Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
o Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and best practices.
Qualifications:-
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (pursuing or completed).
o Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
o Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
o Good communication and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
o Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
