About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer (Contractual) to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining responsive WordPress websites, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy WordPress websites from scratch or using pre-purchased themes.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates as per project requirements.
- Set up hosting, SSL, and domain configurations for new websites.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Handle website updates, backups, performance optimization, and security enhancements.
- Integrate tools such as Google Analytics, Zoho Forms, and other lead capture systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, plugin conflicts, and hosting-related errors.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in WordPress development (front-end and back-end).
- Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or similar page builders.
- Expertise in theme customization, child themes, and custom post types.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work.
Good to Have:
- Experience with WooCommerce, LMS, or API integrations.
- Familiarity with cPanel, Git, and website migration processes.
