Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our clients with administrative, scheduling, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a high degree of technological fluency, and the ability to manage time and tasks effectively while working remotely.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. This role requires someone who can work independently during night shifts to support international clients, deliver high-quality websites, and resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  

• Implement responsive designs, cross-browser compatibility, and optimized performance.
  

• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and ensure site security and functionality.
  

• Work with Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, and other page builders as required.
  

• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
  

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
  

• Manage website migrations, backups, and hosting-related tasks.
  

• Ensure all websites adhere to modern coding standards and best practices.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
  

• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  

• Experience with WordPress theme development/customisation & plugin development/customization.
  

• Familiarity with WooCommerce and eCommerce website setup.
  

• Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under deadlines.
  

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  

• Willingness to work in a night shift (US time zone).
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with API integrations and third-party tools.
  

• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, or other version control systems.
  

• Exposure to website security and SSL configurations.
  

• Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, Plesk, Cloud hosting).
