About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented WordPress Developer who specializes in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance WordPress websites.

This is not a design role. Your strength should be precision development — transforming completed designs into responsive, optimized websites with clean code and excellent performance.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, designers, and QA team to deliver polished websites on schedule. As the team grows, there is a clear path toward Senior and Lead Developer roles.

Key Responsibilities
* Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites
* Develop clean and maintainable HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript code
* Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to design specifications
* Optimize websites for speed, performance, and minimal bloat
* Collaborate with designers to clarify technical requirements
* Implement on-page SEO best practices during development
* Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
* Perform website maintenance, updates, and security checks
* Troubleshoot bugs, layout issues, and performance problems

Required Qualifications
* 2–3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
* Proven experience converting Figma (or similar) designs to WordPress
* Strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
* Experience with Elementor or similar page builders
* Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
* Familiarity with SEO and website performance optimization
* Ability to read and interpret Figma files independently
* Experience developing Custom Post Types using Crocoblock or ACF
Nice to Have
* Experience with WooCommerce development
* Familiarity with Git / version control workflows
* Basic knowledge of hosting environments and cPanel
* Understanding of website accessibility standards (WCAG)
