Clearlink is a leading digital marketing and customer acquisition company that connects consumers with trusted brands through content-driven websites and innovative online experiences. Our portfolio includes widely recognized consumer brands like Reviews.org, HighSpeedInternet.com, SafeWise, CableTV.com, Move.org, and The Penny Hoarder, reaching millions of people each month.

We’re expanding our web development team to scale these high-traffic sites, and we’re hiring 6 talented Senior WordPress Developers to help us build and maintain engaging, reliable, and scalable digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a WordPress Developer at Clearlink, you’ll be working on the backbone of our digital brand ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with designers, SEO experts, marketers, and product managers to create world-class websites that rank, convert, and provide value to millions of users. This role requires both front-end and back-end WordPress expertise, with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and SEO-driven architecture.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins for Clearlink’s consumer-facing brands
  • Build responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-optimized websites
  • Integrate third-party APIs, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across staging and production environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with content and marketing strategies
  • Continuously improve site performance, accessibility, and user experience



Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional WordPress development experience
  • Strong skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Proven experience with SEO-driven development and optimizing Core Web Vitals
  • Familiarity with analytics integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker)
  • Experience with Git/version control and deployment pipelines
  • Ability to work with marketing teams to implement conversion-focused features
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with WooCommerce or affiliate/eCommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with headless WordPress or JAMstack approaches
  • Exposure to cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or similar)
