 Role Description: 
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Developer to join our onsite team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that align with our brand and client requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing, high-performing, and user-friendly websites. This is a full-time onsite position that requires strong technical proficiency, creativity, and a collaborative mindset. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Website Design & Development: Build responsive and visually engaging websites from scratch, ensuring seamless functionality across devices and browsers.

• Code Implementation: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React. 

• WordPress Management: Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, including theme customization, plugin integration, and CMS management. 

• Team Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, content teams, and product managers to turn design concepts into fully functional websites. 

• Testing & Debugging: Conduct regular site audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal website performance and security. 

• Ongoing Maintenance: Update content, apply patches, and integrate new features to keep websites current and functional. 

• UX Optimization: Implement best practices in user experience and web accessibility to enhance usability and engagement. 

Key Requirements: 

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles. Hands-on experience with WordPress and front-end frameworks such as React. 

• Experience:3 to 5 years of proven experience in website development or a related role. 

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying issues quickly and providing effective solutions. 

• Attention to Detail: strong focus on quality assurance and pixel-perfect implementation. 

• Communication Skills: Able to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate with non-technical teams.
