- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers.
- Conduct website performance monitoring and optimization (loading speed, SEO).
- Implement custom database structures and handle large datasets.
- Ensure the websites comply with web standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in back-end WordPress development.
Proficiency:
- Strong PHP and MySQL expertise.
- Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Tools & Technologies:
- Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Knowledge of modern frameworks like React/Node.js is a plus.
- Strong understanding of website security practices.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
