Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- Architect, develop, and maintain advanced, custom WordPress solutions, including themes, plugins, and integrations with third -party services.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of all WordPress sites. This includes conducting code reviews, implementing best practices, and optimizing site speed and user experience (UX).<\/span>
<\/li>- Oversee the full web development lifecycle for multiple projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to translate design mockups and business requirements into functional websites.<\/span>
<\/li>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid -level and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.<\/span>
<\/li>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and effective solutions.<\/span>
<\/li>- Keep up -to -date with the latest WordPress developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting -edge.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 4+ years of professional experience in WordPress development<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience designing brand style guide and implementing those in WordPress Elementor<\/span>
<\/li>- Mastery of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery<\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span>Extensive experience with the WordPress core architecture, custom post types, taxonomies, hooks, filters, and the REST API<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong knowledge of front -end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) is a plus, especially for headless WordPress implementations<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket), package managers (NPM, Composer), and build tools (Webpack, Gulp)<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in WordPress Technical SEO and plugins such as RankMath, Google Search Console Integration, etc.<\/span>
<\/li>- Graphic design experience such as Iconography design is plus.<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with AWS Cloud and Cloudflare<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with basic networking, cyber security and domain management<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent problem -solving abilities and attention to detail<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong communication and teamwork skills<\/span>
