Position: Senior WordPress Developer
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Location: Gujrat
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the WordPress development team and assign tasks effectively
  
• Lead complete website development projects (front-end and back-end)
  
• Handle hosting, deployments, server management, and technical configurations
  
• Manage website maintenance, updates, backups, and performance optimization
  
• Coordinate closely with design and QC teams for smooth execution
  
• Collaborate with project management on timelines, priorities, and delivery schedules
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to team members
  
• Ensure coding standards, security, and scalability of websites
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in WordPress development
  
• Strong command of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom themes/plugins
  
• Experience with cPanel, hosting environments, and deployments
  
• Leadership experience managing developers or technical teams
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines without dramatic collapse
