About the Role:

LSSR is seeking a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & WordPress Developer with 3-5 years of experience. If you have a passion for design and web development, this is your chance to work in a collaborative and innovative environment. You’ll be responsible for crafting stunning visuals and developing high-performing WordPress websites that drive engagement and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Graphic Design – Create eye-catching designs for print and digital media, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
✔ WordPress Development – Build, customize, and optimize WordPress websites for functionality, performance, and user experience.
✔ Collaboration – Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to produce compelling and effective designs.
✔ SEO & Performance – Ensure websites are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and search engine best practices.
✔ Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve design or website-related issues to maintain smooth functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Graphic Design:
• Design logos, illustrations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop engaging social media and branding materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams to finalize designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.

💻 WordPress Development:
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Integrate themes, plugins, and optimize for performance & security.
• Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery for seamless UI/UX.
• Ensure smooth CMS functionality and resolve technical issues.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3-5 years of experience in graphic design & WordPress development.
✅ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
✅ Hands-on experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).
✅ Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
✅ Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
✅ Understanding of the financial services/fintech industry (preferred).
