WordPress Developer / SEO Expert / Inbound Marketer

TechForcePros is seeking a versatile and results-driven WordPress Developer / SEO Expert / Inbound Marketer to lead the development and optimization of our digital presence. This role is critical to ensuring our website’s functionality, search engine visibility, and inbound marketing strategies directly contribute to client acquisition and increased revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in WordPress, expertise in advanced SEO techniques, and a proven ability to execute inbound marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. WordPress Development

  • Site Management and Maintenance:

    • Manage, maintain, and update the TechForcePros.com website to ensure functionality, security, and visual appeal.
    • Implement enhancements to website appearance and navigation to align with branding and user experience (UX) best practices.
  • Theme and Plugin Development:

    • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to add new features and improve site performance.
    • Ensure all themes and plugins are up-to-date and compatible with website systems.
  • Landing Page Creation:

    • Design and develop landing pages optimized for lead generation and conversions, integrating forms, CTAs, and analytics.
  • Mobile and Performance Optimization:

    • Optimize site for speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance to enhance SEO rankings and user experience.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Technical SEO:

    • Conduct comprehensive audits of the website to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, sitemap optimization, schema markup).
    • Optimize the website for crawlability, indexability, and compliance with the latest search engine algorithms.
  • On-Page SEO:

    • Implement on-page optimizations, including metadata, header tags, internal linking, and keyword integration.
    • Conduct A/B testing for SEO performance improvements.
  • Off-Page SEO:

    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
    • Manage online directory listings, backlinks, and reputation-building efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to track and analyze performance.
    • Provide monthly reports outlining keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and actionable insights for improvement.

3. Inbound Marketing

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement inbound marketing campaigns targeting HR, IT, and talent acquisition professionals.
    • Use email marketing, blogs, and social media channels to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Lead Generation Optimization:

    • Create and optimize conversion funnels to maximize lead generation from the website, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
    • Monitor and analyze inbound traffic sources to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Content Development:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
    • Develop email marketing sequences and nurturing campaigns tailored to prospective clients.
  • Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor lead conversion rates and marketing performance metrics, reporting on the impact of inbound campaigns on client acquisition and revenue.
    • Identify trends and adjust strategies to align with company goals.

Key Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience managing and developing WordPress websites, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Advanced understanding of technical SEO best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Familiarity with website speed optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights).

Marketing Expertise

  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing inbound marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Skilled at developing engaging and SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the HR Technology, IT Systems, or SaaS industries.
  • Proficiency with tools like Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing techniques

Performance Goals

  • Achieve a 30% increase in organic traffic within the first 90 days.
  • Improve lead conversion rates across all digital channels (website, LinkedIn, X).
  • Consistently deliver measurable growth in sales revenue through inbound marketing initiatives.

Compensation and Work Environment

  • Hourly Rate: $30 per hour.
  • Schedule: Flexible, with the ability to meet project deadlines and participate in regular check-ins.
  • Work Environment: Fully remote, with the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with key stakeholders.
