We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior WordPress Developer to join our team. The Junior WordPress Developer will work closely with our development team to assist in building and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development team in building, testing, and deploying WordPress sites.
- Assist in customizing WordPress themes and plugins to add functionality or enhance user experience, following best practices and coding standards
- Collaborating with designers and other developers to implement website layouts and features.
- Troubleshooting and debugging WordPress issues.
- Maintain documentation for WordPress projects, including code comments, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Updating and maintaining existing WordPress sites with content and functionality changes.
- Staying up to date with WordPress trends, best practices, and new features.
Requirement and Qualification:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic understanding of PHP and MySQL
- Understanding of Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to customize WordPress themes
- Knowledge of WordPress plugin development
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
