Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and other developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality websites.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive and visually appealing templates.
- Should have hands-on experience to convert PSD/Figma to WordPress theme.
- Should have exposure to Responsive Web Design.
- Must have atleast 1 year experience in WordPress editors like Elementor
- Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch.
- Implement responsive web design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to create engaging and interactive theme.
- Should have exposure to Custom Post Type and Custom Fields.
- Should have exposure to create Shortcodes.
- Should have exposure to install Wordpress, Plugin and theme.
- Should have exposure to GIT.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for project execution.
- Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and fix any bugs or issues.
- Ensure websites adhere to best practices in terms of performance, security, and SEO
- Create and maintain documentation for code and development processes.
- Provide training and support to internal teams as needed.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Continuously improve skills and stay informed about the latest developments in WordPress and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio of past projects.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in WordPress development.
