ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with extensive experience in WordPress development, as well as a strong background in general application development and administration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop, implement, and enhance applications using WordPress, ensuring they meet business requirements and operational needs.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WordPress sites and applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Continuously develop and optimize code to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
• Identify and resolve application issues, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and integrate custom plugins and themes to extend WordPress functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to align application capabilities with business goals.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Fluent Lithuanian language skills are required.

• At least three years of experience in WordPress development, including designing, implementing, and maintaining WordPress sites and applications.
• Proficiency in WordPress themes, plugins, and other relevant technologies.
• Familiarity with database management and integration.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3000 - 4000 gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
