As a member of the team, you will have a key role in the development of websites for clients. Your responsibility will be to implement approved website offers and templates, from site design and architecture to the final deliverable. This will involve coding and implementing WordPress sites based on provided designs. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing existing websites, and documenting technical and functional specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the company's values, vision, and mission.
- Report weekly employee measurables/KPI.
- Attend companywide meetings on a weekly basis.
- Maintain constant communication with the team daily.
- Implement client websites using approved designs and templates.
- Code and implement WordPress sites based on provided designs.
- Update reusable code libraries to streamline the WordPress development cycle.
- Support, extend, and/or enhance existing code.
- Plugin development from scratch.
- Document technical and functional specifications.
- Write clean and well-documented code.
- Maintain and optimize existing sites.
- Facilitate site documentation and maintenance.
- Provide technical consultancy services to the internal team.
- Test and debug issues.
- Manage project timelines and tasks.
- Update technical documents.
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the required technologies
- Experience leading projects from start to finish.
- Experience leading a team.

- Adapt to changing priorities, troubleshoot, take initiative
