Overview: We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with experience in Shopify to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Developer at BuildSuite, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins, customizing Shopify themes, and integrating Shopify functionalities into WordPress sites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Customize and maintain Shopify themes and templates to meet project requirements.

• Integrate Shopify functionalities (e.g., product listings, payment gateways) into WordPress sites seamlessly.

• Ensure responsive design and optimal performance of websites across various devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability. • Perform ongoing maintenance and updates to websites.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to WordPress and Shopify integrations.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve processes and enhance website functionalities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with strong PHP programming skills.

• Experience working with Shopify and customizing Shopify themes.

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
