Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 9:00am 6:00pm (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Manila Time), Flexible during client Business hours, 20 hours per week

Looking to hire a senior WordPress developer to help with website maintenance, plugin updates, and optimization across our 4 existing websites and 2 new websites. The developer should have some basic SEO knowledge to help improve website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using Webflow and WordPress.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to translate design concepts into functional websites.
- Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and provide an exceptional user experience across all devices.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.
- Utilize Webflow’s capabilities to create dynamic and interactive web pages, including Webflow CMS and Localization.
- Perform regular website updates, migrations, and troubleshooting to ensure site security and functionality.
- Optimize websites for SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Webflow and WordPress is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with customizing and developing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
- SEO Basic skills
- Ability to work with graphic design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A portfolio of previous web development projects showcasing your skills.
