The Opportunity:

We’re on the lookout for a talented Front-End WordPress Developer with a flair for technical SEO to join our growing tech team. Frontend: WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Plugins: Gravity Forms, Elementor, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush

Your Role:

Front-End Development: Develop and implement visually engaging, user-friendly front-end components, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
WordPress Development: Design, customise, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins while troubleshooting issues and integrating tools and services. Create advanced forms with Gravity Forms and implement user interaction tracking to enhance performance and user experience.
Technical SEO: Perform audits to identify and resolve optimisation opportunities, improve site structure, and implement schema markup for better search engine visibility. Monitor and adjust site performance metrics to enhance load speed and mobile responsiveness.
Backlinking Strategies: Develop effective backlinking plans to boost domain authority and search rankings. Identify quality backlink opportunities and manage link profiles to ensure a positive impact and address any harmful links.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in front-end development with a focus on WordPress themes and plugins.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Demonstrated experience in implementing technical SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective digital solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
